Wheat Free Pie Crust

Categories: Low-gluten
Yield: 1 pie crust



1 c AM Barley Flour
-OR- other flour
1/4 c Oil; preferably cold
3 tb Cold water



Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
