Taffy Apple Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c. Spanish salted peanuts (with skin)
• Pineapple, crushed (20 oz. can)
• 2 c. sm. marshmallows
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 8 oz. Cool Whip
• 2 c. peeled and diced apples

Preparation:

Drain pineapple and save juice. Combine pineapple with marshmallows and refrigerate overnight. Cook til thick; pineapple juice, egg, vinegar and flour. Refrigerate. Then combine all.
