Meat On A Stick



8 Servings
1 t red pepper,Ground
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 1/2 lb beef tenderloin (or round)
-steak,cut into bite-sized
1 md onion
-- and cut into 1",Peeled
-pieces


1. Combine red pepper, garlic powder, and seasoned salt in a wide, shallow bowl. Add beef and mix with hands to coat with spices.
2. Preheat broiler.
3. Thread beef and onion pieces onto 12-inch skewers. Broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until meat is tender.
Makes 8 skewers
