Aunt Sue's Beef Kabobs

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. beef
1/2 c.catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water


Preparation:

Place cubed meat in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over beef. Let stand several hours or overnight.

String beef cubes, small (canned onions or small onion slices, green pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on skewers and broil. Reheat marinating liquid for dipping sauce. Serves 4.
