Potato Biscuits



Ingredients:

1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of honey
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 cups plain of flour
1/2 tsp of salt



Preparation:

1. Mix potatoes and butter together.
2. Dissolve the baking soda in the buttermilk and add the honey.
3. Mix the baking powder, sugar and flour together in a bowl and mix in the milk and the potato and butter mixture.
4. Roll out to 3/4 inch thick on floured surface and cut out biscuits with a biscuit cutter or a floured glass.
5. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
