Blue Cheese Biscuits



Ingredients:

1 package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled


Preparation:

1. Cut biscuits in quarters.
2. Arrange in two 8 inch pans.
3. Melt butter and cheese.
4. Pour over biscuits.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F about 8 minutes or until golden.
6. Serve hot.
