Bisquick Chicken

Ingredients:

Favorite chicken parts
1/2 c. (or more) milk
1 c. Bisquick
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, sliced


Preparation:

Place chicken in a bowl. Pour milk over parts. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove and discard milk. Dredge chicken in Bisquick seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat butter in a fry pan. Fry chicken and onion until golden. Remove chicken to a greased baking dish. Brush tops with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons honey combined. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 5 minutes. Very good!
