Bisquick Spinach and Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen spinach (thawed), chopped
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. Feta cheese


Preparation:

Squeeze all the water out of spinach. Beat eggs then add Bisquick, milk, then spinach. Pour into 9x13 pan.

Crumble Feta cheese on top and drizzle melted butter over cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
