Bisquick Cool Fruit Pie


2 c. Bisquick mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 pkgs. (3 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. light cream
1 box vanilla instant pudding
2 c. mini marshmallows
4 c. mixed fresh fruit


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press in bottom and up sides of ungreased glass pie plate. Bake about 15 minutes or until light brown.

Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat light cream and instant pudding together until thick. Fold pudding mix into cream cheese mixture and add marshmallows. Spread over crust. Refrigerate to set (at least an hour). Decorate with fresh fruit.
