Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. + 1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. hot tap water


Preparation:

Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Put in 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar, mixed. Pour water over all.

Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes or until top is firm. Cake will come to the top and pudding will be on the bottom. Serve warm with its own sauce. Top with ice cream or Cool Whip.
