Catherine's Favorite Chicken Fricassee


3 lb. chicken, cut up (about 8 pieces)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning


Arrange chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 10 minutes. Skim off fat. Mix soup and milk; spoon over chicken. Cover; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Cook on high 8 to 12 minutes longer.
