Clam Fritters


1 pt. clams, ground
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 heaping tbsp. minced onions
3/4 to 1 c. Bisquick


Mix well. Drop into hot oil 1/4 inch deep. Brown and turn. Batter should be just thick enough to hold together. Makes about 7 to 8 patties. Serve as desired.
