Cheese Fudge

         

      8 oz Velveeta Processed Cheese

      2    butter

      1 t  vanilla

    1/2 c  cocoa

      2 lb powdered sugar

    1/2 c  pecans,Chopped

Melt Velveeta and butter together over low heat. Stir in vanilla.

 

In a separate bowl, sift together powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir dry

mixture into cheese mixture. Stir in nuts. Line 9-by-13-inch pan with

waxed paper and spread fudge in pan. Let cool in refrigerator. Remove

from pan and cut with pizza cutter.
