Broccoli Bacon Quiche 2


9 inch pie crust
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 cup of evaporated milk
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of bacon bits
1 package of frozen broccoli pieces with cheese


Partially cook the pie crust. Cook the frozen broccoli and pour into crust. Sprinkle with the grated Swiss cheese. Mix together 4 eggs and the evaporated milk. Add salt, onion, and bacon bits. Pour into pie crust, covering the broccoli. Bake in a 375°F. oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
