Low Cal Chicken Broccoli Casserole


4 chicken breasts
1 package of frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can of low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of Alpine Lace shredded Cheddar soup
1 cup of Minute rice
1 small onion, diced


Mix broccoli, soup, cheese, onion and rice. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Top with chicken breasts (if desired, sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning). Cover pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°F. Uncover pan and bake additional 15 minutes.
