Seafood Broccoli Quiche


1 1/2 c. your choice seafood (shrimp, crab flakes)
2 c. bite size broccoli buds, steamed 3 min.
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Baked pie crust


1 tbsp. brown mustard to 4 tbsp. honey


Brush bottom of pie crust with brown mustard and honey mix. Spread seafood and broccoli evenly on crust.
To beaten eggs add cream, lemon juice, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour over seafood and broccoli. Sprinkle with parsley. Dot with butter.
Cook in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Serve with lemon wedges and honey mustard sauce.
