CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:

FOR CRUST:
1/3 c. powdered sugar
18 graham crackers, crushed (1 1/2 c.)
1 stick butter, scant

FOR CAKE:
4 eggs
3 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 generous tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry (or cherry) pie filling


Preparation:

Combine eggs, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Fill pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with the sour cream. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Pour canned pie filling over the top and refrigerate overnight. Alexandria
