Tortilla Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
• 8 Flour tortillas
• 8 sl Ham
• 8 sl Monterrey Jack cheese 1x1 1/2 x 5 inches)
• 8 Whole green chilies
• 2 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese
• 3 tb Butter
• 1/3 c Flour
• 2 1/2 c Milk
• Mild red chili powder or paprika
Preparation:
Roll a slice of ham, strip of cheese and chili in a tortilla. Put in a casserole dish. Make the white sauce. Add butter and flour in sauce pan. Cook together a few minutes and add milk. Cook, stirring until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the tortilla rolls. Top with cheddar cheese and chili powder. Bake 40 min at 350 F.
