Crabmeat Celery and Apple Salad


4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups diced, pared, tart apples
2 cups canned Crab Meat
1 cup diced celery
3 shelled, hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large tomato, cut up
Stuffed olives & green pepper (optional)


Combine the lemon juice and salt. Pour over diced apple to keep from turning brown. Mix Crab Meat, celery and apple. Add the coarsely chopped eggs and tomato. Stir in mayonnaise. Serve on individual beds of lettuce garnished with stuffed olives and green pepper strips, or shred lettuce, chop up green pepper and serve in a bowl.
