Cherry Eggs

Ingredients:

• 1/3 lb Butter
• 2 1/2 tb Fine maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1 ts Vanilla
• pn Salt
• 8 oz Cream cheese
• 1 1/2 lb Powdered sugar


Preparation:

Mix until well blended. Chill for several hours. Shape and let set overnight, then coat with chocolate.
