Chicken Salad Delight


1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing
6 chopped hard cooked eggs
1 c. diced celery
1 (12 oz.) can chicken, broken up
1/2 green pepper (opt.)
2 tbsp. relish (opt.)
1 sm. diced onion (opt.)
Diced stuffed olives (opt.)
2 tsp. lemon juice


In a large bowl combine the Jello and boiling water. Stir quickly. Whip salad dressing into mixture. Add eggs, celery, corned beef or chicken and optional ingredients. Stir gently and thoroughly. Add lemon juice and stir. Pour into a 12"x8" casserole and refrigerate several hours until firm.
