Beans And Things Chili

Yield: 12 Servings

4 lb beef,Coarse Ground
1 T garlic --,Chopped
1 onion --,Chopped
1 T chili powder
1 t red pepper
1 t black pepper
1 t red chili pepper --,Crushed
1 cn (10 oz)
1 t oregano
1 t cumin,Ground
1 t salt
1 T paprika
1 rotel tomatoes

Braise meat until browned. Add garlic and onions and continue
cooking until onions are clear. Add remaining ingredients and cover with about 2 inches of water. Cook until meat feels heavy on the bottom, about 2 hours. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
