Cottage Cheese Rolls


2 pk Yeast
1/2 c Warm water
2 c Cottage cheese
1/4 c Sugar
2 t Salt
1/2 t Baking soda
2 Eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c Flour


Dissolve yeast in water, or follow directions for bread maker. Heat cheese until warm. Combine cheese, sugar, salt, soda, eggs, and yeast. Add enough flour to make a soft dough. Put into greased bowl, if making manually, let rise 1 1/2 hours or until double. Punch down, divide into 24 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball. Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 325 degrees, or until lightly browned.
