2 c. flour
1 c. salt
1 c. water


Combine flour and salt in large flat bottom bowl. Then add a little water, at a time, mixing as you pour, to form a ball. Note: Additional water may be needed, depending on humidity. Take care not to add too much water so that dough becomes sticky. Knead 7-10 minutes until dough becomes smooth, firm consistency. To prevent dryness, place dough in plastic bag or sealed cover container. But, "Please, don't eat the art."
