2 c. table salt
2/3 c. water
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water

Stir salt and 2/3 cup water over heat 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cornstarch and cold water. Stir until smooth. Cook until thick. Store in plastic container. Will not crumble when dry.
