Non-Fat Chocolate Cupcakes

Pam cooking spray or cupcake liners
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1/4 c. Argo cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1 c. water
1/2 c. Karo lite or dark syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Beat egg whites, water and corn syrup in a separate bowl. Combine dry and wet mixtures into one bowl. Beat until smooth. Either spray baking pans with cooking spray or line cupcake pans with liners. (Fill cupcake 2/3 full.) Bake for 25-30 minutes for cupcakes, or 30-35 for cake. Makes 16 servings. Per serving: Fat 0, sodium 40 mg, calories 130.
