4-Minute Cupcakes

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk

Mix topping ingredients in heavy saucepan; simmer on low heat while making cupcakes. Mix cupcake ingredients all together. Bake in 375 degree oven until slightly undone. Spread topping on top and broil 3-4 minutes watching carefully. These are best eaten same day -- gets soggy if kept.
