Chocolate Cream Filled Cupcakes

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine the above in a small bowl until creamy, stir in chips. 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c.
water 2 tbsp. vinegar Mix these ingredients in large bowl. Fill paper lined with second mixture 2/3 full. Spoon in level teaspoonful of first mixture in center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. 2 1/2 dozen.
