Fudge Cupcake Supreme



Ingredients:
4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla


Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in pecans. Set aside to cool. Combine sugar and flour, add eggs and vanilla, blending well. Stir in chocolate, mixing well. Pour into muffin pans lined with cupcake papers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on cake rack.
