Graduation Cupcakes



Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. fluffy white icing
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
24 to 30 sqs. graham crackers
Shoe string licorice


Preparation:
Prepare cake mix for cup cakes; let cool. Use the 1 package fluffy white frosting; remove the paper from cupcakes and place top down and bottom up. Frost the side only. Mix orange marmalade and lemon juice. Spread this mix on the bottom of cupcake. Place graham cracker crumbs on wax paper. Frost it. Place crumbs on the bottom of cake. Decorate top with licorice.
