Impossible Rhubarb Streusel Pie

Streusel topping (below)
2 1/2 c Thawed, well drained rhubarb
3/4 c Milk
2 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Bisquick
2 T Margarine, softened
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 375 F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 ". Prepare Strusel topping; reserve.
Arrange rhubarb evenly in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle evenly with Streusel topping.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Serve with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
Streusel Topping: 2 T. firm margarine, 1/2 c. Bisquick, 1/4 c packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. chopped nuts.
Cut margarine into baking mix and brown sugar until crumbly; stir in nuts.
