Sour Cream Raisin Pie



1 c Raisins
1/4 c Raisin juice
Dash salt
2 Egg yolks; beaten
1/4 ts Cream of tarter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Cornstarch
1 Baked pie crust
2 Egg whites
4 tb Sugar


Cook raisins in a bit of water.Reserve 1/4 cup juice.Mix remaining ingredie Meringue: Beat first three ingredients until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla.
Spread on top raisin filling and brown slightly in oven.
