Walnut Crumb Crust



1 c Fine graham cracker crumbs
OR gingersnap wafer crumbs
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Soft butter
1 T Honey


Mix all the ingredients and press into 9" pie pan. Bake in moderate over about 6 minutes. Cool before adding the pie filling.
Delicious base for cream pies or pumpkin pie.
