Classy Mustard-Garlic Mayonnaise Dip



Yield: 4 servings
1 ts dijon mustard
1 c mayonnaise
1 ts fresh tarragon; chopped, or
1 ts fresh parsley; chopped, or
1/2 ts garlic powder
1 ts capers
1 ts dried tarragon; crushed
1 ts dried parsley; crushed


Blend all of the ingredients, together until smooth. Cover and chill.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.
SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Shrimp, Crabmeat, Duck, Brussels Sprouts, Jimcama, Radishes.
