Madras Dip

Yield: 4 servings
2 ea hard-boiled eggs
2 c sour cream
2 c curry powder
1 ts onion (grated)
2 tb green pepper (grated)
2 tb celery (grated)
1 seasonings

Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender. Consistency is thin. Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
