Orange-Ginger Dip



Yield: 4 servings
1 1/2 ts ginger, dried
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 ts orange zest
1/2 c cream cheese, softened
1/4 c orange juice


Beat the ginger and cream cheese to a smooth consistency, then add the sourcream, blending well. Add the orange juice and orange zest, blending well.Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.
