Rich And Creamy Refried Bean Dip

Yield: 2 servings
1 c refried beans
1/4 c fresh tomato; chopped
1/8 ts salt
1/2 c sour cream
1 ts salsa verde; hot green salsa
1 black pepper; to taste

1 cheddar; sharp, shredded
2 tb black olives; chopped
Mix the beans and sour cream, blending thoroughly. Blend in all of the other ingredients except the garnish, blending well. Cover and chill.
Garnish with the cheddar cheese just before serving. Makes about 1 3/4 cupsof dip.
