Roquefort Cheese Dip

Yield: 2 cups
1/2 lb roquefort cheese (room temp)
3/4 lb cream cheese cut into pieces
1 (at room temp)
3/4 ts garlic, minced
3/4 ts worcestershire sauce
3/4 ts tabasco sauce

Use an electric mixer to beat the Roquefort in a medium bowl until smooth.
Greadually beat in the cream cheese. Add the remaining ingredients and beatuntil well combined and smooth. Serve at room temperature.
