Yogurt Dip

Yield: 2 servings
1/4 c peanut butter
1 c plain yogurt
1 ts coriander; ground
1 1/4 ts cayenne pepper
1/8 ts pepper

Blend the peanut butter and yogurt together, mixing until smooth. Add all of the other ingredients, blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/4 cups of dip.
