Spinach Vegetable Dip



Yield: 20 servings
1 pk frozen chopped leaf spinach
1 pt helman's mayonaise (16 oz)
1 c sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c chopped onions


Thaw and drain spinaach well. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Chill, for best results, chill overnight. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with pumpernickle bread.
