4 pork chops
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
11 fluid ounces Mandarin orange sections
1 green bell pepper, sliced

In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil; remove from the pan.
Add orange juice, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and crushed chicken bouillon cubes to the skillet.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Return the pork chops, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until tender.
Add mandarin orange sections (drained) and sliced green bell pepper; heat through.
