Apricot Pear Crunch Crumble


1 lb Apricots
1/2 lb Pears
2 oz Soft brown sugar
4 oz 85 per cent whole meal flour
2 oz Butter or margarine
4 oz Flaked almonds


Halve apricots, remove stones and place in a baking dish.

Add the pears, peeled and thickly cut. Sprinkle a little sugar on top (optional).

To make the crunch crumble topping, place the flour in a bowl, add butter or margarine, and rub into flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Add sugar and almonds, mix well together, and spoon over the fruit.

Bake at 375 degrees F/190 degrees C/gas mark 5 for 20-25 minutes until golden. Serve with Greek yogurt.
