Frozen Pineapple Buttermilk Sherbert

Ingredients:

2 cups buttermilk
10 ounces canned crushed pineapple -- drained
2/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Preparation:

In a bowl combine the buttermilk, drained crushed pineapple, sugar, walnuts and vanilla; mix well. Cover and freeze for 1 hour. Take from freezer and stir well. Return to freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
