Glorious Fresh Fruit Salad


2 Apples -- Thin Slice, Unpeeled
1 cups Green Grapes -- Or Red Grapes -- Seedless
1 Banana
16 Oz Canned Pineapple Chunks -- Drained
1 cups Cantaloupe -- Cut Up
1 Kiwi Fruit -- Peel, Sliced
1/4 cups Nonfat Sour Cream -- For Dressing
1 cups Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 Small Curd, Creamed -- For Dressing
1 cups Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt -- For Dressing
2 Tbsp Honey -- For Dressing
2 Tsp Lime Juice -- For Dressing


To make dressing, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and yogurt. Mix well. Blend in honey and lime juice. To make salad, combine first five fruits with a little of the dressing; garnish with slices of kiwifruit. Serve remaining dressing separately.

Makes 6 servings.
