French Toast

Ingredients:

2 large eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp milk
5 or 6 slices gluten-free bread


Preparation:

1. Combine eggs and milk in a wide bowl.

2. Dip each piece of bread in egg mixture to coat both sides.

3. Cook in a nonstick or oil sprayed frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.

4. Turn bread with a spatula to cook on both sides.
