Green Bean Potato Flake Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. potato flakes
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can green beans, drained


Preparation:

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion, celery, cream of mushroom soup and pepper. Let simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix and bring to boil water, salt and margarine; remove from heat and add milk, flaked potatoes and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Grease or spray with Pam a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Layer beef-soup mixture; then green beans and top with scoops of potato mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
