Green Bean Salami skillet

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
3 slices salami, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste


Preparation:

Tip and cut green beans in 1-inch lengths. Heat oil slowly until hot in a large skillet. Stir in beans and salami. Cook, stirring constantly 3 to 4 minutes or until beans wilt slightly. Combine sugar, water and soy sauce together. Pour over green beans. Cover and steam 20 minutes or until beans are tender. Season with salt.
