Green Beans with Bell Peppers
Ingredients:
• 1 pound fresh green beans
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 1/2 teasppon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 5 tomatoes, diced
• 2 green peppers, chopped
Preparation:
Remove strings from green beans; cut beans into 1 1/2-inch pieces and pepper. Cover and continue to cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes and green pepper. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes, or until beans are tender, stirring frequently.
