California Sunshine Burgers



Ingredients:
1/2 c. soaked garbanzo beans, soaked overnight okay
1/2 c. water
1 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 med. minced onion
4 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tbsp. soy sauce



Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place hamburger bun halves in baking dish.
Spread bun halves with low-cal mayonnaise. Top each half with an oat pecan burger with a thick slice of tomato. Drizzle generously with pimiento cashew cheese. Top each burger with a few sliced black olives. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot.
