Bacon Cheddar Cheese Burger

• Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish
• 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
• 3 Tbsp. Ketchup
• 1 Tbsp. Dried Minced Onion
• 1 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Pepper
• 2 lbs. Ground Beef
• 8 Bacon Strips
• 8 Slices Cheddar Cheese
• 8 Hamburger Buns, split and toasted
• Lettuce Leaves

Preparation:
Whisk the pickle relish, ketchup, mayonnaise, onion, and sugar until well blended in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix in the beef, and shake into 8 patties.
On a heavy duty piece of foil, place the bacon, on the grill. Place the patties on the other side of the grill. Grill, covered, for 20 minutes over medium hot heat, or until the bacon is crisp, and the meat is pink. Make sure to flip the burgers once.
Drain the bacon on paper towels.
Cover each patty with a slice of cheese, and cover the grill again until the cheese has melted.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the bun, add lettuce, and you’re ready to serve. Remember that any burger tastes better with cheese, you’re always welcome to add your favorite American, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Swiss to any burger if desired.
And Enjoy!
